Boost Mobile does not tell you how bill works, my phone all the time turns off and freeze, I have to take the battery out to fix it, and it happens every day, in the store can not help you because they don't have enough training and customer service has the same problem, I have to figured out myself some problems, the phone is terrible, it is a ZTE android 3G, internet does not work all the time and the connection is very bad for a 3G phone, they don't gave the money back, so I am stock with this stupid phone, I hope that some lawyers could do anything about this.
