Refund promised but never received for defective item

Amazon have a bad way of treating valued customers who constantly buys products from them, if you have a problem they won't respond or give you your money back, I bought an item from warehouseseller who uses amazon.com to sell products, their product was garbage and didn't work and amazon.com say they sent my refund to a closed account, how dumb can they be when I told them it was closed, but my bank says they have no record of this and its been more than 30 days and now amazon.com won't respond, but I bet they respond to my lawye
