TV not repaired - colour tv

Hi All,

I brought AKAI 29" 2930 color TV before 3 year. Now it is with AKAI service centre and they are not able to resove the problem

I have complained of this a no. Of times but after some time customer care informs that your call has been cancelled.

Can I go to consumer court and force this company so that my TV get repaired?
