My kid's phones were stolen. I faxed the documentation 10 times. (from kinkos & AT&T store) Everytime i faxed them they had they haven't recived them, so i faxed them for the 11th time. And they finally got them, they say it's 1-2 day shipping thats Freaking BS. It took 7 business days. On top of that 400 dollars was added on my bill.
