Akai's warranty is terrible, they give you the runaround

Bought an akai LCT42Z7TA in oct
After minimal use it quit in july called the service center, took dozens of calls and 3 months to get checked / picked up. After dozens of calls and 4 months a the repairshop, got the message couldn't get fixed
and akai was going to buy it out, contacted akai thru www.akaiusa.com now a month later still haven't heard back from them

Just filed a complaint with the better business bureau in california, next thing will be a lawyer

Service is terrible, these people shouldn't be allowed to do business
They just want you to give up and I NEVER WILL
