Securus technologies ripped-off, depleted my finances, emptied my pockets, ruined my relationship

My fiancee went to prison and was later placed in a county jail in Wisconsin. At that jail, Securus Correctional billing was the phone company that the jail used. Everytime that he called home, it cost me a$4.95 connection fee, along with a. 69 per minute fee. The calls, which were lasting 15 minutes cost me $15 dollars a call!

I noticed that when I put $100.00 on the phone, I only received 5 calls, because there was also a fee of $6.95 just to PUT the money on the phone so he could call! There is no other phone service that he could use, so we had to pay it. This, however, put a strain on out relationship since the [phone was the only way to talk to him, and we ahd even thought about breakig up many, many times. This is truly a rip-off, and I wish that were some way to help out!
