Easy sale... Lazy salesman

I went to the nearly empty Conns on Monday, Feb 27th. There was maybe 3 other customers in the store... Looked at televisions a good 15 minutes... Found the one I wanted, and went to find me a salesperson. Yes... Thats right... Find me a salesperson. NO ONE OFFERED TO HELP ME!!! I got the attention of a salesperson that was standing in a group if other sales people laughing and enjoying their "play time", and told the gentleman what I wanted, and he informed me that they didn't have any in stock, BUT their computer says there will be a delivery on that Friday, March 2nd.

He assured me he would call me as soon as it got there, and me, trying to be understanding, said, "no, let them get them unloaded off the truck, call me Saturday, and I will come pick it up. He swiped my debit... Paid for it in full... And went on about my way. Saturday comes and no phone call. SOOOO, I am being patient, not knowing what is going on, and wait it out. Tuesday, March 6 comes... Still no call.

So I call and speak to the sales person... He tells me that the TV didn't come in, and they should be there any day. He will call me a.S.A.P. I laugh it off, being patient. Saturday the 10th rolls around, and I was in the area... So I stop by to check on the TV. After getting someone to help me AGAIN... I tell the gentleman what I am there for and give him my paperwork. He walks off and comes back with a dolly... I asked him what he was doing and he informs me that they have 4 in the back and was going to go get me one.

At that point, that changed my patience for them. I told him no thanks... Give me my money back. I have shopped at Conns on Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge numerous times. Never once have I had to locate someone to help me or go through the mess with the other TV I purchased from them. Conns on Airline needs to take some customer service lessons from the store on Siegen Lane. How disappointing and such a waste of time.
