3rd pary rip off

I went into this place in Dec and purchased a samsung vibrant phone. I asked about buying the insurance for lost or stolen phone, but was told there isnt one available because this is a refurbished phone, but was told I had a year warranty on the phone. I have had problems with the battery not holding a charge for more than 1 hr when using the internet. I was somewhat ok with that. But then the phone started freezing up and going blank. The first time I took out the battery and put it back in to reset the phone. It started happening more frequently in Jan, so I took the phone back to the store where I got it. The man there told me there was nothing he could do and tried to sell me insurance on the phone and referred me to tmobile. I told him I just want a replacement, but he offered me waaaay less quality and functioning phones than I had. I told him no. He told me to contact tmobile then.

I called them the same day and told me the insurance isnt even available for that phone, so the man at the store tried to scam me. Tmobile then told me that there is nothing they could do either because it is a refurbished phone sold to a 3rd party vendor. I want a refund of the 190.00 i paid for the phone, but that will never happen. Stay away from people like this!!!
