Broken Phone before 14 days - Wont allow return w/o purchased insurance and phone

Bought a Brand New Samsung phone from tmobile, with a new upgraded family plan. Screen broke 2nd day I got it, brought it back to tmobile days later and was told that even though it was within the warranty time, this warranty did not cover type of damage. Under contract, the phone should have been replaced, but went back home to think of options.

The next day we called back claiming we would take this story to WCCO and have it all over the news, Tmobile decided that they would give us a loophole to get a new phone. They told us to get insurance that would cost us monthly but then the $300 phone could be replaced. Well we got insurance and asked for the new phone and then we were told that we had to pay an extra $100 replacement fee for a new phone.

WHAT TOTAL BS! They tell us one thing and then they go ahead and fool us. We payed the fees and got the new phone, did not want to make a hassle, waiting for agreement to end with tmobile so we dont have to pay an extra $200 termination fee, and so we can get off this shitty phone company which also sucks with customer and phone service.

All I can say is go with anyone but Tmobile, what a bunch of horse crap their business runs
