Horrible customer service

Hello my title is Michael Williams and that I never have time for you to do things like this-but whenever a business makes me this furious I'd to complete something. So I would like to run-you through my encounter with Bad Controllers to date. First I purchase my boy his Holiday present about the 16th of Dec and was informed in those days I'd have it by Holiday. Therefore following a couple of days of not obtaining a following number I named and was informed it'd delivered, a few time later I contact again and was informed actually it'd not shipped and so I transformed the purchase to some other design whilst the first was not the best design my boy wanted. No huge package they stated after which stated we shall attempt to have it thereby Holiday but when not by wed the next week. So that Mon nevertheless no following range and again I contact plus they stated it'll deliver by wed. Etc wed I contact again and was informed it'll deliver by Friday. Obviously at this time I'm boiling over. So the next week I contact so when I-say I named thats simply because they at this time didn't reply emails of any sort, anyhow I contact over and over and again. To create a lengthy history short I eventually got the control about the 12th of Jan and incidentally among the first telephone calls I had been guaranteed an incident for my problems also it wasn't within the container with controller. So my boy gets his Holiday present on January 12th and enjoys it but a couple of days later it-no longer works. So I contact again and was informed you might be sent the next Wednesday and nicely tomorrow is Friday and twice today since recently I've been provided only vacant promises. If I were you and You would like one of these simple controllers I really hope you're super individual and do not mind being lied to about when it'll be shipped. I am not really certain concerning the durability of there craftsmanship because the one I acquired for my boy survived an entire thee times before it broke. Oh I nearly forgot, they did update the control to some greater one compared to one I requested for my difficulty that was good but when it fails then what great is it? Our two-cents, my amount is 863-224-2163 just in case somebody from there really wants to assist me out and deliver me a functional control.
