We requested a Bit Tikes play-set middle Nov. We were are guaranteed it'd be hereby Holiday. Only one package came Dec. 12th. The delivery business dropped another 2 containers. We were informed to have gone the 1 container just because a alternative oreder was on the road. We requested when it'd not be hereby Holiday we'd require a reimbursement to ensure that we're able to get our child anything for Holiday. We were again guaranteed (after several us-delivered emails) the alternative purchase could be hereby Holiday. The Friday before Holiday we approached Gadgets and House simply to be informed that there have been an opportunity it'd not allow it to be below promptly, which was not the things they had initially told us. Your child had nothing for Holiday. Out of left field the delivery business sent the two absent containers on Jan. 2nd., Jan. 3rd the alternative order came. We are in possession of 1 1/2 play-sets. We've approached them three times on which to complete today using the additional containers using the number solution. The corporation totally lacks in customer support and commuincation. We shall never purchase from their website again in addition to inform everybody we all know about our terrible experience.
