Horrible experience

Requested $200 value of children provides for Holiday. Obtained a "your purchase continues to be shipped" mail soon after. I arrived at discover gifts were never shipped. Named Personal Creations. They stated they'd be overdue, but might appear week after Holiday. Caled again. Postponed, but on the way. They've been delivered. It is January 20th. Named Personal Creations.informed purchases weren't delivered, but may return for them today. Totally lacking the very fact they were Holiday gifts plus they've had by $200 for several this time around. No payment. No present to treat, not that I Will actually purchase or talk to Personal Creations again.
