I have very poor service, i am always getting disconnected and the service stops responding, i have to close the verizon manger and reopen, reconnect to get it started again. They sent a external antenna as well as a power cord with two usb ports so it gets more power with out any help. If they have that much extra stuff to try and fixt hey have to know there is a problem. I would love to get out of my contract.
