Regarding the LG phone problem (dropped calls, calls going to voice mail after first ring), don't lose that "antenna" that screws into it, because Verizon doesn't carry them (store), but will send you to a kiosk (sorry, don't know the name) nearby who will RIP YOU OFF to the tune of $14.95! My spouse lost his antenna, I think because he wears his phone in a holster and it jars loose when walking. Check for a cell phone accessories website; one had them for $1.99.
