Purchased dlp tv from circuit city nov at time comes with 1 year samsung warranty puchased extended warranty 2 more years. Sure i thought called for repair tv has white spots on screen. Assurant now should honor warranty tells me your warranty is expired. How can that be i explained to agent should still be ok don't expire till 11/11. Well he says email at verifycontract.@assurant.com. With copy of certificate well my cerificate says expire 3/11 anyway did that well 3 times has domain email not sure address. Now what soon no picture tv has about 50 white dots.
