We've had a house support contract on our Coleman Air Cond & Heating Device because we bought it. Lately we've experienced extremely poor service. On July 7 I required preservation on our device. I had been told somebody might contact me in 24 hours. No-call. I called back on July 9th and was informed somebody might call-back in 24 hours. No-call. I called back on July 14th and was ultimately provided a scheduled appointment on July 31st, the very first available period.
