I will never purchase another major appliance from them ever again

I named to obtain support on my machine Saturday and also the support person stated somebody can come out the next Friday.

I had been informed that I'd be informed the night time before of the time period.

Friday evening came and that I didn't get a phone and so I named Sears.

I spoke to four people and each stated I never named to obtain support, but that somebody might emerge Friday of the next week.

I fought together. One support person explained they did not focus on Kenmore automatic washers — which is really a Sears item.

Ultimately I could not claim anymore.

24 hours later something guy named and stated he was fifteen minutes away. All-fours Sears brokers have been incorrect.

Every guy that found repair my machine decided the support division was poor.

I called Sears' complaint office. I'm still awaiting a problem form to complete and deliver them.

I'll never buy another key equipment from their store again.
