I'll NEVER buy something from Cookis again. Their items are expensive (I noticed exactly the same pc I purchased there a few months afterwards at Costco for $200 less) as well as their support is completely horrible.

After requesting me to mean my title 6 occasions he stammered that no body had reached it nonetheless. I told him I needed him to check out it-this day when he reached work on 10am and also to contact me at midday. Obviously he did no such issue.
