Poor delivery

This might not appear severe, but using the additional reviews, i believed this may be educational:

I purchased a Television for excellent value on sunday. I had been informed it may be be shipped on sunday. I had been advised I'd be named saturday at 11am also it could be shipped 2-3 hours next.

Therefore, I had been named at 11.30 on sunday and informed they'd be there between 3.30 and 5.30, to that we replied I'd ideas at 5pm. They claimed they'd be there nearer to 3.30pm of course if not, they'd contact me to re schedule. Therefore 5pm arrived and there is no-call, and so I named the shop and informed them the problem. They advised me they might contact the shipping men instantly and obtain them to contact me. 45 minute moves and lastly they named me to inform me they'll be at 6.15, to that we agree.

Right now I've terminated my ideas for that night (truly seeking my Television as my other had damaged). 6.15pm comes and moves. 7.15 comes and moves. They ultimately appear at 8.15pm, fall off my Television and keep without so much being an sorry.

When I say this isn't severe however it frustrated me, and that I lost a whole sunday, and least in this way I will vent abit. I simply wish that nothing goes wrong using the Television as from what i study their customer support is equally as poor
