Koodo Mobile charged me for 3 months use after I cancelled my contract Internet

Electronics and household app.

I was a Koodo Mobile customer from fall of 2010 to January. Even when i was with them their bills were full of hidden or unexplained charges (about $10 extra per month), so when i dropped and broke my phone a few months later, I promptly paid my last month canceled my contract with them. (that was 6 months ago).

Today I receive a phone call from them saying Koodo is sending me to collection tomorrow, for an "outstanding balance" of $111, or about 3 months of service - service that I should not have and did not receive or utilize. I tried very angrily to resolve this issue but was just met with unknowledgable phone operators who further enraged me.

I don't know what to do about this mess, but i simply refuse to pay for an immaterial service that I canceled.
