Went to koodo to aquire a new phone inquired about price and payment was assured there was no hidden charges. I only paid monthly. When I Received my statement there was one month in advance added to it. Called to speak to a rep told that was standard. If i had not specificaly asked about this I wouldn't have been so upset. Why should they be able to lie to you and all they say is i'm so sorry when we all know that is the standard answer. I received no satisfaction what so ever
