Koodo promised after I complained last month about the over billing for my account#17282619 that this month's bill would not exceed for the two phones $150.00. The bill is $315.21. There was to be a credit on this bill to amend last month's. I use my phone for less than 10 minutes and send a few texts each month and am billed for unlimited talk and text for 35.00 for the month. My son uses his phone all the time and includes data for $50.00 per month. We also have a long distance plan. $103.28 was charged extra for the texts and data! Add ons which are to be included in the monthly fees came to another $25.59. I was charged $2.00 for a paper bill. Long distance charges came to $35.07 and 31.20 was for domestic when I pay in the plan for unlimited long distance in Canada. RoMing came to another $31.04. Taxes came to $30.90.
Complaining does not work. Their staff yell and lie to you.
Please help. I am on a fixed retirement income and cannot afford these fees. Also my health can not handle fighting to get what was promised.
