I havent been in a Toys R Us for over 15 years. Assumed they were going to be like all the other retailers with no customer service & if you could find someone they could care less if you find what your looking for. WRONG! I was so pleasently surprised when I went into Toys R Us, Tacoma Mall, Tacoma Wa., on black friday. There were associates all over the place, met me at the front door and asked if I needed something specific or was just looking. I told them what I was there for (only because I had to be there.) They were all on ear peieces, headsets & radios! I had my 2 items plus about 3 others with extremely friendly help that seemed to really care that I didnt wonder needlessly. I spent about $50 more than I planned. I even posted on my facebook about the customer service there! Its like no other retailer, trust me on that one. Wat to go toys r us!!!
