Xmas compliment

Ive been wanting to let you know that I was in Toys R Us on black friday! I NEVER go out shopping on that day but had a few places to stop. I was dreading going to Toys R Us. I dont have small children anymore so havent been there in over 15 years! After doing the black friday thing I made Toys R Us my last stop and much to my amazement, I was sincerely impressed! There were enough staff in the store, almost like traffice directors, using ear pieces, headsets, radios, etc to make sure I got the my destination. I was in & out in 20 minutes, spent about $50 more than I was going to and needed to write a letter of sincere joyfullness. If ALL stores would pay for good help like Toys R Us, they would sell more, people leave happy and I have told everyone I know about the great experience. Retail stores just dont have that customer service anymore. I was turely impressed. Ive even posted on my facebook about how wonderful it was! Good Job!!! Merry Christmas to all of you!
