Shopping customer complaint - Large Appliance Sales

I was in Home depot to purchase a washer and dryer. I decided on the Maytag, was going to purchase the item, that day. I walked in the door and to my surprise there were plenty of workers, as to my surprise. I haven't been in a Home Depot in years, because of there customer service. I was walking threw the store and no one said a word, like could I help you. I walked around and didn't see any washer are dryer except one. I ask if that was the only one, and a sales person, explain they were up stairs (didn't know they had one). I was up stair with three other people looking around, no sales people. I was there 15-20 minutes and no help me or the other people. I walk back down 20 or more steps to find a sales person and ask could she please get me some help. The person said yes, and called a sales person to help, the sales person was on her way up, but was distracted by another couple needing up. I walk back up stairs and waited another 20 minutes with no help in sight. I walked back down stairs as I had to use the restroom. I walk out of the restroom and left the store, no one ask did I need any help, as I walked past at least 6 people that had on Home Depot uniforms. Wow, I really wanted that Maytag washer and Dryer.
