They have my $ & won't send product or refund website

On March 12th, I purchased 2 wifi Blue Ray players from this company and paid with my credit card through PayPal. Several weeks later when I had not received my items or shipping notification, I called the company to receive a status.

I spoke to a man named David who said he handled the EBay sales for the company. He told me that while I put the items in my cart in his store and followed his link to paypal and paid the money, it was my fault the players didn't ship because "I didn't complete the check out". He told me to remember it was all my fault even though he had my money, items I purchased and shipping information. He also told me he was now sold out of the product.

He told me at that time, he would issue a full refund. That appears to have been a lie too. I called the credit card company and there was no credit issued back to my card so I filed a complaint with both my credit card company and PayPal. Go figure, this company hasn't even bothered to respond to the complaint, so everything is still up in the air.

Dear companies that sell products. If you have my money, I would like my items. If you can't follow through with the sale, then refund my money and not make the customer have to file complaints. If this is the customer service on this end, I would hate to see what would happen if I received the item and there was a problem.

I can promise you I won't be purchasing from this company again.
