Account Frozen After Switching Shipping Labels From UPS to USPS

eBay/PayPal has no soul! They froze and blocked my account for no reason! I used to think PayPal was a secure, trusted company because I sold some items on eBay, and PayPal is my way to receive money from buyers who use their credit cards. eBay is my way to sell my stuff on their website.

My nightmare story: The first time, it was OK. The second time, it was OK. But the third time, I just left the money and didn't withdraw it from my PayPal account to my bank account so that I could withdraw it all at once, and unluckily, they froze my account! My eBay account is also blocked! I don't have any complaints at all! I have 0.00 positive feedback on eBay! eBay sends me emails congratulating me for having positive feedback! But PayPal just blocked my account from withdrawing money from PayPal to my bank account!

I asked them what was wrong. They said they needed more information about the invoices of the three buyers who paid for their items. So I faxed all the information they needed. I waited for a couple of days... weeks... almost 1 month... My account is still frozen! They keep insisting that my account has a limitation! This started when I changed my shipping to USPS from UPS, which you can open an account for through PayPal. I had to change it because when you clicked the label from UPS it cost only $15.00, but when I looked at my bank statement, PayPal had withdrawn $69.00! How did that happen? I did not complain about that. So until now they still block my account!

Plus, to make me look bad, they are sending emails to all my customers asking them to return the items I sent, with the excuse that there might be fraud in my account!!! Which is totally false!!! One of my customers emailed me and asked me why eBay wanted her to return the item. I told her I had just found out the truth about them and to just look at www.paypalsucks.com. My customer loved the item and did not want to return it because she had gotten a good deal! So PayPal did not refund the money to her. But until now my account is frozen, and all I can see is the $2,900 left in my account. I can just see it, but I cannot withdraw it!!!

Beware! PayPal and eBay work together! They are the number one scammers! Year of the Rat 2008! This biggest rat can hide, but they cannot hide! We need to poison this Rat! Happy, Sad New Year!
