Com lowest price mart is a total rip off, they stole my money and gave no product lowest price mart

I ordered 3 MP3 players from lowest price mart on December 6th for my son and nephews for Christmas totalling $81.97. I never received a shipping email from them, and I called their 1800 number and no one answered. I paid through paypal. I figured I would be safe if paying through paypal, and the MP3 players were pretty cheap. I was wrong. I sent them numerous emails with no responses. After Christmas came and went (and buying 3 MP3 players from Best Buy), I finally submitted a claim to Paypal around December 30th.

I actually got a response from them with the claim. That was a surprise. They said that they "sent the MP3 players", but did not provide any tracking information. I told them that I replaced the players and just wanted my money back at this point. They said that a refund will be initiated. Guess what? The refund never came. I escalated higher within Paypal. Paypal decided that I should receive the credit, however, when Paypal tried to remove my credit from the "lowest price mart" account, the funds were not available.

They have my 80 bucks, and they don't ever plan on giving it back. Their customer service is non-existent, and I think it's being run by some foreign guy in his basement. He's probably making a killing too. I'm so angered by this situation that I want to make sure that no one has to go through what I went through with this company. During the holidays to boot. Jerks!
