Shoddy workmanship NO customer service

My first clue of poor customer service was when I walked into the store and the so called "Manager" was cursing someone on the phone. When I explained my problem he cursed at the installers too. Then he called others on the phone to ask who broke it and was talking in Spanish calling me crazy thinking I didnt understand. He refused to fix what they broke and then picked up the phone pretending to call 911 for me to leave the store. Call them! 911 for poor customer service you provided? Really...

Consider options before buying from this store. There are many more places who offer superior service and stand behind what they offer.
