Poor warranty

Purchased a TomTOm 930T in June. Registered online your day I purchased so there is report. 10 weeks later, the display is DARK. Required guarantee. They'll not warranty it since the day of produce claims it had been from guarantee. Easily may show I purchased it in June they'll repair it. I told them I really could display a charge card record where I purchased in the shop, but ti wouldn't display the itemized items. Not adequate enough. They'll not guarantee it, however they may promote me a different one in a discount
