Don't utilize River technology in Port St. Lucie Fl. The client support there's terrible. I talked with Samsung who stated they'd guarantee a copasator change on my TV-free of cost. They recommended to visit River Technology. River technology was really rude and was ostensibly producing my spouse and that I feel just like we were likely to be billed for that support. The representative Annemarie was very curt and rude. She dropped the support on her organization. I named Samsung plus they stated that wasn't right and got our fix elsewhere. I called back and talked with Annemarie so when she questioned why we were rescheduling I informed her w/d we went with somebody more prepared to get the job done and he or she chuckled at me. Excessively rude.
