Horrendous warranty issue

Don't purchase out of this organization if you don't appreciate investing in a substandard pc that's a guarantee that's alongside ineffective. After many months useful, my notebook LCD display basically ceased functioning. I delivered the system set for warranty fix simply to discover they wouldn't protect the screen as guarantee as a result of little damage about the display. Their standard declaration was the producer of the LCD display wouldn't substitute it with no $70 cost for that damage. After I noticed that the damage had nothing related to another they decided but nonetheless insisted that I had been responsible for the cost. After many backwards and forwards emails they decided to separate the price to 35 bucks and that I eventually relented. I simply need my pc in working order.

I'll never buy out of this organization again and that I am suggesting exactly the same to everybody available. If your pc is significantly less than 7 weeks old and also the display prevents working plus they cost the client for this "guarantee fix" the organization isn't worth the trouble. Purchase from somebody else, anybody else.
