Consumer beware

I bought a tomtom go 920T in regards to a year-ago at about $400 and also the battery fails within the device. I'm informed by their customer support representative. Consider the system to Radio Shack and ry to locate a replacement battery. I got the system to radio shack its a Solded in battery that non-replaceable. I named tomtom back and also the next consultant provided me $ $75 bucks for my TomTom 920T and stated thats all-they might do given that they don't support the things they market unlees its under warranty. Therefore when your guarantee ends the tomtom Is Actually Garbage or Crap since there is'nt anyone who'll support it not really the folks who offers it. Thats my last tomtom and also the last moment I will actually do business together again or anyone using their connection. Therefore Customer Beware!!
