I am shocked at the quality of Sony's televisions and at the quality of their customer service

I bought a high-of-the-point Sony tv and settled a lot of money for this simply to contain it short-circuit on me in under 2 yrs.

I believe it's a disadvantage. Sony ought to be punished for creating the lowest quality technology and promoting them as top quality.
