Poor coverage, lousy service, no bill "shrinkage" and no refund

After months of poor coverage, dropped calls, and their refusal to honor their advertised "shrinkage", where your bill is reduced over time with on-time payments, I learned that it was very difficult to contact a real person in their "customer support" department. I switched to another carrier, but as I had a pre-paid plan, my payment had gone through prior to the start of the next billing period. They completely refused to refund my money or provide another phone #, even though I did not use the service during that period. Their answer as to how you cancel your account is to just not pay the bill! Few other companies are that hostile to their consumers. I don't recommend doing business with this company as they don't honor what they advertise and have a policy of no refunds!
