Boost mobile denies any connection with any individual store stating that the selling store may dictate their own return policy.
Neither the store doing business as Boost mobile or Boost mobile itself will refund your money, you will likely spend several hours over the course of several days to verify this.
Nice little loophole to keep all the cash and still sell phones with poor coverage.
When you report poor coverage you will get a response of " Our coverage map shows great coverage in your area."
No way to win this little carnival game - don't play.
