Purchased bunch of stuff from the store. Due to the Hurricane and their too many customers, they said it takes 7 days for delivery. So I waited. And delivery guy called me 3hrs earlier than delivery time and told me since I am not home, I have to reschedule the delivery time. WTF? Why do I have to reschedule the delivery time even though I was at home at the delivery time. So I had tried to call the customer service, phone got hung up several time. Finally, I've reached senior customer care person, the customer care person made sure I will get the delivery on certain time zone. So I waited and got a phone call from the delivery people, they can't deliver at the time. Is it some kind of Joke to clients? I even talked to the director of customer service. The Director call me that the Brooklyn store will call me for delivery. Now what I am still waiting. I think these Ikea people just play with customers. I've never had any customer service like this before and will never have.
