Where do we start?
1. They don't sell original merchandise but rather cheap knock-offs
2. They don't let you know that when you order from them

3. They are expensive for what you get. I ordered from them as they were the cheapest price - by a few pennies - for the real branded batteries I thought I was ordering. They're prices are through the roof for the cheap knock-offs the actually deliver.
4. Customer service is not helpful - they won't provide the item ordered and will only take back their shoddy merchandise if I ship it there myself and subject to a restocking fee.
All around terrible experience - avoid at all costs.
