Fabric Softener Dispenser Keeps Popping Out

The conditioner dispenser that fits in to the the surface of the agitator line keeps coming out sometime throughout the wash cycles. It eventually ends up installing free within the bathtub. I set it in location however it jumps out again. Its not all time-but on the constant basis. It currently has been changed once by Sears. Machine was obtained in January. Any reviews/recommendations could be appreciated.
