Sears washing machine exploded!

Your $800 Kenmore Elite washer died after 13 weeks. Because it had a-12 month guarantee the Sears people did not consider any obligation - despite the fact that we'd named them a few months earlier to record the issue (the agitator got free in the device and might emerge once the garments were eliminated). They informed us the fix could be $550, plus it price $55 to possess their support man emerge and state "yup, it is all screwed-up". Once the agitator got aside throughout a scrub / spin, it spewed twelve components, and hit openings within the the top of drum. It created a loud enough sound that it worried my child! We named the Sears client "support" people, got the run-around, needed to contact often, and also the best they'd provide was 10% off the buying price of the fix - which ostensibly intended the service phone was free.

I'll never purchase one more thing from Sears so long as I stay. Do not purchase a Kenmore, if you don't have cash to waste.
