Sears oasis he leaking washing machine - oasis he kenmore elite washer

I have an expensive Oasis HE washer and dryer set and have had nothing but problems. After all the motherboard issues I had to get fixed, I was told I would have a free 3-year warranty in case any other problems arose. Now the washer leaks a lot of water part way through the wash cycle, but the repair service says they have no record of the warranty I was supposed to receive. I have spent so much money on this defective merchandise and am so disappointed in Sears. They don't stand behind their products and break their promises to consumers.
