We bought a heat-pump from Sears in 2008 - the AC device hasn't worked for greater than a couple weeks at the same time - we've had 8 various specialists make an effort to repair it, each one of these departing having a diverse clarification, a lot of freon, insufficient freon, celluloid change, compressor, stress regulator - get emails in the webmaster@sears.ca confirming the system is mounted and issue solved. Telephone calls to salesman stay unanswered - the only real period he called back was whenever we named to express we desired to today purchase a new heater - he was at our home very quickly - like we'd actually buy something from their website again! He also guaranteed he'd ensure being fixed. The whole show continues to be really annoying. We've been seeking they consider the system back and substitute having a fresh one - when they offered us a inexpensive device we'd happily update to anything greater - we're not really permitted to have an independent support specialist focus on it because it may avoid our promise so we're in the mercy of those geniuses they keep delivering and therefore are currently experiencing another warm and damp Montréal summertime without any AC. This newest show began mid-may - it's not July 9th, which is nevertheless no longer working, without any indication of it being fixed any time soon!!
