In September '04 we bought the Kenmore Machine at Sears centered on Customer's Reviews tips and also the reliable "Kenmore" title. Well, three years and 3-month afterwards the washer stops at spin period and because itis a front-loader (never purchase some of those again) I can not actually get my products from the machine. Had two support calls and bottom-line - cannot discover the issue. Suggestion would be to substitute engine and circuit-board towards the melody of $456.00. After I named Sears, they handed the dollar to Kenmore. Kenmore had the audacity to promote me their Support Wise Contract for $300 to repair this issue and guarantee support to get a year (you can buy an expansion for $100/year following the first-year). Am I going to purchase a Kenmore machine again? No way. Also bad since require a range along with a dishwasher however it will not be a Kenmore and that I will not be buying at Sears any time soon.
