Customer service` - plumbing

I just got back from a home depot store on university drive in sunrise, florida. I tried to find an associate for help in plumbing. There were two unresponsive employees who would not direct me to anyone who could help me. I went to the front of the store at customer service. The person behind the counter tried several times to find someone in plumbing to no avail. I told her that i would go to lowes if she couldn't find anyone. She just looked at me as i exited the store. There were only several employees to be seen in the store at 8:00PM in the evening. Sad
