Water heater install promised next day, then moved to Saturday

I went to Home Depot on Thursday, Sept 27, intending to buy a hot water heater. The plumbing department had no staff to assist, so customer service connected me by phone to arrange everything. They promised, before I paid, that the installation would take place the next day, and said I would get a call in the morning. Taking the day off cost me pay. At 11:30 someone from the plumbing company rang to say the work would be done on Saturday instead of Friday. When I called customer service to ask why the promise had been broken, I was left on hold, and nobody ever replied. This is how you treat a customer after $700.00 spent in your store. I am done shopping at Home Depot.
