Employee going above and beyond - Hampton Bay

Hi we visited your Leavenworth, KS store last evening and want you to know about an employee that went out of her way to help us although I'm sure she had other things to do.
We downsized our home and bought a home in need of major repairs but last evening we were looking for light and ceiling fan fixtures. We were very confused and being on a fixed income could not afford the high end fans but Pam from the Service desk area came by ask if we needed help and led us to affordable ceiling fans helped with showing us what they looked like hanging as there were so many we couldn't determine which was which (hope they will consider fewer fans for display or larger area). Anyway Pam helped us find a beautiful fan on clearance and was very pleasant. We have shopped this particular over several years as we lived closer and Pam has helped us many times. This store compared to the Shawnee store has the friendliest, most knowledgeable employees and we really appreciate each and everyone but Pam seems to really go above and beyond with customer service. She is to be commended for making each of your customers loyal and confident in her ability and knowledge of Home Depot.
May we ask if there are plans for a store anywhere in Kansas City Kansas and if so Pam should be considered management material. Thank You Robert and Len Carve
