Innovative telecommunications technology llc shoddy product and rude owner - do not buy this junk!

I bought this product sx8500 music-on-hold device for our office and even an extra flash card when the owner ("ray") told me that flash card did not hold as much recording time as advertised.
A few months after installing, 2 of 4 (channels on the unit abruptly stopped working and the rude owner ("ray" -seems like a one-man outfit) first declined to honor the return under warranty and when i mailed back, he claimed that the damage was from "lightening strike" which is a bunch of nonsense, since more sensitive equipment also connected to the same supply were all working fine. However their warranty has that 'special exclusion' and he returned the unit without repair or even an apology.
Later, on changing phone company (should have no issue with product's functionality), the unit stopped working altogether. This time his cop-out was he does not support "install" and i'm on my own.
This $300 unit is a piece of crap and the company behind it is worse. "ray" does not understand courtesy and buye'rs should be willing to throw their investment away. Buyer's beware - this company is a rip-off!!
