Deceptive Advertising Will not take unit back for credit

I initially bought the unit on 5/30/08. Did not receive the unit until mid August after I called numerous times. I did not understand the mickey mouse directions to install and had to pay a professional to install. The unit did not work as promised so I called the company and was told I could not return the unit for credit that I only had 30 days to return it and that 30 day s started on 5/30/08 even tho I did not receive it until mid August. I was rudely told that even though the web site says 1 year warrant if you read the fine print you will find the 30 day warranty.
BEWARE product and company will rip you off!!!
