I've already had along chat with Desmond&Sharon on Monday 19/4 for over 1 hr trying to solve my problem but no success&was told that technical support will contact me but so far no contact. For the last 2 months, ontrying to make a call I culdn't hear the ringing without pressing on mute on the dial pad, oncethe person on the other end say hello., th line is cut off as he could't hear my hello at all&his talk is not continuous as used to be
