Never works - Magic jack

IF IF IF I can dial out, the other person can barely hear me or they can't hear me at all. I have a very fast internet connection so its not like I'm trying to do this over dial-up. Glad it didn't cost that much but when you pay for a product and a service you expect that it will at least do what it advertises. Its total false advertising. I can't even call the home phone which uses Magic Jack from my cell phone... Its lame and a total rip off.
